Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing the use of the Skillhalla platform (skillhalla.com). By accessing, publishing, or using any content, skill package, or Agent on the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal and account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not publish, upload, share, or distribute any of the following:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content, including AI-generated pornographic or NSFW content
• Face-swap, deepfake, or other face/identity-manipulation tools or content
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or incitement to violence against any group
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, mining scripts, or any harmful code
• Illegal content, fraud, phishing, or content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Content involving minors in an inappropriate manner, or any content that violates applicable law

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Unauthorized access, scraping, crawling, or large-scale automated collection of Platform content
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform, or circumventing its security and moderation systems
• Using purchased content for unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial services
• Impersonating others, providing false information, or engaging in any fraudulent activity

4. AI Content Rules

Skill packages and Agents on the Platform are intended for legitimate productivity, creative, and automation purposes. You must not use Platform content to generate or distribute:

• Pornographic, NSFW, or sexually explicit content
• Deepfakes, face-swaps, or content using another person's likeness without consent
• Harmful, misleading, defamatory, or content inciting illegal activity

5. Third-Party Brand Disclaimer

Skillhalla is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI model or tool provider. "Claude", "Anthropic", "Cursor", "OpenAI", "Dify", "Coze", and other tool or model names mentioned on the Platform are used solely to indicate compatibility or applicable use cases, and are trademarks of their respective owners. We have no affiliation, authorization, or endorsement relationship with their owners.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

The Platform uses a two-tier moderation system (L1 automated review + L2 manual review) to check uploaded content for security and compliance. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, remove, or delist any content that violates this policy, and to suspend or terminate accounts that do so.

7. Reporting

If you find content that violates this policy, please report it by email to support@skillhalla.com with the relevant content link and description. We will process it within 48 hours.
